By accessing or using EGlobeStore, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Products & pricing

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and pricing, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel any order affected by them. Refurbished items are graded as described and covered by our warranty.

4. Orders & payment

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it once payment is confirmed and the item ships. We accept major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control.

6. Returns & refunds

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are in original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receipt.

7. Warranty

Devices include a free 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover accidental, liquid, or cosmetic damage from misuse.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — logos, text, graphics and software — is owned by or licensed to EGlobeStore and protected by law. You may not reproduce it without permission.

9. Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EGlobeStore is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
